Cosy maisonette in Sketty

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

Entire Unit. Double Bed (4ft6ins X 6ft3ins), & a single sofa bed. Single bed area with a comfy single bed. Separate Kitchen & Bathroom; Bath & Shower. Smart TV free WIFI Netflix etc. Can accommodate 4 people & travel cot (upon request). 5 mins walk into town, 2 mins to the beach, close to the New Swansea Arena and many other amenities. Seascape also has an attached garage' possibility to house motorbike, bicycles, watersport equipment etc ..please ask for more details.

Set in Swansea with Cathedral Church of St Joseph and Liberty Stadium nearby, Hiks offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.The apartment comes fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also featured, as well as a kettle. the bedroom facilities are equipped with bed linen and towels. We have a sofa bed for extra guest if you could let us know on request.
