Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. The Owl Box: A secluded, close to beach getaway

The Owl Box sits at the top of a National Trust path which leads to the beautiful Chapel Porth Beach. With a double bed, and options for two small single beds, it is ideal for a couple, or family with young kids. Electricity means you’ve light and heating, though we prefer to light the fire and snuggle up with a good book or game. There is a separate shower and loo a short walk away. Chapel Porth is a great family and surfing beach and the lively village of St. Agnes is just a mile away.

Breathtaking views St Agnes

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Porthtowan is excellently positioned on the North Cornish coast, in 'Poldark Country', between St. Ives and Newquay. It boasts a great surf beach, dramatic sunsets, beach bar with live music, excellent café and local shops. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach, and South West Coast path, 'Shilly Shally' is a stylish chalet escape, complete with a Jotul wood burning stove and comfortably styled throughout with a hint of retro! It's ideal for couples, maybe travelling with a small infant.

Welcome to my listing. I've recently renovated the entire apartment. 15 /20 minutes walk from the beautiful St Agnes beach, and only a stones throw from local pubs and cafes. The apartment is on the ground floor, set on the beautiful village high street with everything from bakeries and pharmacy through to local restaurants and gift shops. St Agnes village itself is beautiful and you'll be in one of the best and most central locations in the village.
