"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

On foot you can stroll through the streets of Azay-le-Rideau and visit its castle. You will enjoy our bike or walking trails, where pretty paths await you as soon as you leave the cottage. The cottage is located in the countryside, on the D7, 3 km from the A85 motorway, 3 km from the Loire bike path, close to the castles of Villandry, Langeais (6 km) and Azay-le-Rideau (7 km). Fontevraud Abbey, the castles of Chinon, Saumur, Chenonceau, and even Chaumont-sur-Loire are accessible within the hour thanks to the expressways. Bike shelter available. Private parking. The cottage is completely separate from my house which is nearby. You're my only guests.
