La maison est située dans le quartier Blanqui à 5 min. à pied de la Cathédrale, 15 min. de la gare et à 5 min. en voiture de la sortie Tours centre. La plus grande chambre de la maison possède sa salle de bain privative. Une deuxième chambre lui fait face sur le palier. Au dernier étage, sous les combles, se trouve une chambre avec un lit simple.
