Family house with pool, in the Parc naturel régional du Perche. Comfortable, the house was completely renovated in 2021. In absolute calm, at the edge of the Perche state forest and surrounded by meadows occupied by horses, the house overlooks on one side a wooded park and on the other a garden with a secure outdoor swimming pool heated from May to September. The house is 10 min from Mortagne, 30 min from Bellême, 2h from Paris and 15 min from the Aigle train station. Great for a family vacation!

Elle est située à 900 m du centre-bourg, dans un hameau de 3 maisons en bordure de forêt, et permet de rejoindre les commerces de proximité (boulangeries, pharmacie...) à pied, et de partir direct en balade dans la forêt de Perche Trappe. Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.
