Large family home with heated pool (June to September) in a quiet and pleasant setting. Ideally located at the gates of Tours and in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire. Also close to the Loire bike trails, 1 hour from the Futuroscope and Beauval Zoo. PLEASE NOTE: THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A SUBDIVISION. Gites du Clos Saint-Jouin in the heart of a vineyard

You will enjoy the view, the calm, the outdoor spaces. Our place is good for families (with kids) and groups. I am the 7th generation to live in this wine estate. I have a golden retriever. Welcome gifts, information on the accommodation data sheet, toilet on the ground floor, bedrooms upstairs.
