The guest suite is the ground floor of our 3-storey house. The front door and entrance corridor is shared with us. There are no doors on the stairs separating the floors. Double rooms with king-size beds. No tv. Small toilet and small shower room. Mini kitchen with combi oven, single electric hob, fridge, kettle, toaster for guest use only. Tea, coffee, milk and cereal provided. Free street parking. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues, due to stairs, small toilet and shower

A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. My apartment has been stylishly furnished, while bringing out the traditional features of a Georgian property. Having grown up in Zimbabwe I was inspired to bring a taste of the local culture to Bristol. The place is ideally situated within walking distance of the city centre, Clifton and Gloucester road. There are many renowned restaurants, cafes and bars with a wide selection of cuisines. We require guests to be very respectful of our neighbours and noise levels during their stay.

'Under the eaves' Accomodation in Clifton, Bristol

Attractive self contained accommodation in a small quiet tree-lined street of family houses in the very heart of Clifton. In contrast to the rest of our beautiful Victorian home it has a light contemporary feel with 5 large velux windows (complete with blackout blinds) providing superb views over Bristol. We should like to stress that being a loft conversion in some areas the ceiling is low and this may be a problem, particularly, for guests taller than 1.76m (5ft10ins)

Comfortable and Clean Flat - Great Location

A stylish and comfortable one bed flat just off the bustling Gloucester Rd with its great range of independent shops, bars and restaurants. We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.

My house is full of home from home style and character. I have a pretty garden you can sit in during the warmer months and you are welcome to use all the living areas and kitchen during your stay. This is my family home and it has a lot of charm, expect a good standard of cleanliness and the quirks of an old house but if you want a totally pristine 5-star hotel then this is not for you so please don't book.
