Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

The house is spacious and quiet while also a 7 min walk to "The Narrows” high street area with all the independent shops, cafes and restaurants that Totnes is famous for. Free parking in driveway for a car or van etc Comfortable beds, full kitchen, separate dining room and separateliving room with log burner (with dry logs), and a covered deck in the garden. After a lot of redecoration etc, the place is just how it looks in the pics, and is no longer a work in progress.

The Barn, Soussons Farm, a cosy welcoming space to use as a base for exploring Dartmoor, surrounded by beautiful open space with numerous bridle paths and footpaths right on your door step. It's a converted granite barn with open plan living room with woodburner and kitchen upstairs. Two comfy bedrooms downstairs. Bathroom with roomy shower. No mobile signal but limited broadband, and WiFi calling. Well behaved dogs welcome for a fee payable before arrival.
