The House of Demeter: Primula, between nature and relaxation

The "Primula" three-room apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. The double bedroom overlooking the patio is bright and comfortable; the bedroom with bunk bed has a window. The bathroom is spacious and is also equipped with a bidet, shower stall, and washing machine. The large patio that stretches out on two sides of the apartment offers the possibility of eating meals outdoors, while a cozy corner with sofas offers pleasant moments of tranquility and relaxation.

La "Cianciosa", a nest in nature

The "Cianciosa", formerly a stable, is now the annex of Ettore and Melina's house. Renovated in 2020, it is located in a green valley in the Cilento National Park on a 3-hectare estate, with olive groves, woods and fruit trees. It is the ideal base from which to reach seaside and mountain resorts. The "Cianciosa" is the best place for healthy relaxation in all seasons, equipped with all amenities, including air conditioning, fireplace, radiator heating, electric blanket, washing machine.

Sea View Apartment

The apartment is located on the first line of buildings from the sea on the hill, and to the nearest beach is a 5-minute walk up the stairs. (return road takes longer). The picturesque beach "Baia Del Carpino" is a 15-minute walk away. The city of Scalea is 2km away and the main beach can be reached by a free bus that runs in July and August. The apartment has air conditioning located in the living room and master bedroom, and a kitchenette equipped with new household appliances and TV.

The house is located in the heart of the "National park of Cilento", in a little rural southern Italian village 350mt on the sea level. Only 7 km (by car 10 minutes) from the sea of Agropoli and the Archeologic site of Paestum, but far enough to escape the caos of the city. The house is surrounded by many Olive trees, a little Vineyard, trees and plants from the mediterranean nature. Everyday you can enjoy an heartbreaking landscape of the Amalfitan Coast and the island of Capri.
