Small, newly built apartment building of about 25 sqm perfect for one person but it also works for two. The cottage is located on private property where the landlord lives in houses with its two children. Super fresh with oak parquet and white painted walls. Tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. Access to patio next door and free parking. In the cabin, there is a sofa bed for sleeping in, but also a loft with mattress on the floor for the agile. Proximity to the bus stop that takes you both to salty swimming and Gothenburg's central parts.

We offer our 149 square meter new builded house and associated large balcony for rent. Lower floor: Hall, two guest rooms (two single beds + one double bed), family room (two tent beds), bathroom with laundry room. Upper floor: Living room with kitchen, one bedroom (one double bed), balcony. Other: Near playground, free parking, grills, close to sea and grocery stores, 5 minutes to bus stop (19 minute bustrip to downtown). Age limit: At least 30 years old for person in charge of the booking.

Apartment located in Torslanda approx. 20 minutes from the center of Gothenburg. The accommodation is just as suitable for stays for you on longer or shorter work assignments as it is for a small family or two adults on holiday. The accommodation is close to nature, the sea and the archipelago. Walking distance to bus and grocery store. By bus you can easily get to both the center of Gothenburg and the Norra Archipelago. About 15 minutes by car to Volvo, Preem, the Port of Gothenburg.

Nice, simple, guesthouse close to the sea. Walking distance to playground , sea/beach & nice scenic walks and views. The Guesthouse is One big room. Appr. 12m2. The bed sofa can accommodate 2 adults (120cm wide). The sleeping loft 1 adult (Max 100kg, NOTE: Use is at own risk). 25min (car) to central Gothenburg. 50min (walk & bus) to central Gothenburg. NOTE: No running water in the guesthouse. Guest bathroom and laundry is seperate in the mainhouse. (private for the guests)

Bedroom with sea view and exit to south-facing terrace. The bedroom has a double bed of 180 cm. Open plan kitchen/living area. New fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, built-in fridge and freezer. Toilet with shower corner and underfloor heating. Private garden.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
