The villa has a living room, a kitchen that was renovated in 2025, a laundry room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. In the tower there is a study room with a lifting view. To the "balcony" in central Nerja it is 3.5 km and to the nearest beach 750 m.
