Facing the Eolie island, along the pleasant north-eastern coast of Sicily, between Capo d'Orlando and S. Agata di Militello, located in the community of Torrenova, lies the "Casa Grande" di Santo Pietro estate on approximately 50 hectares of land. The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Relish total immersion in nature, with coastal walks among the olive and citrus trees. Swim in the sea daily, with Torrenova beach a walk or drive away. The villa is well positioned to explore Palermo, Cefalù, Etna volcano, and Sicily's other gems. Balcone Crimaldi è un'abitazione tipica del centro storico. Grazie alla forma conica del paese, si può scorgere da ogni angolo una vista a strapiombo sui tetti antichi e sulla costa. La casa è circondata dalle originarie scale di marmo, che costituiscono ancora oggi le vie pubbliche del centro. Nessun pianerottolo è sullo stesso livello degli altri, così da ogni finestra si ha una vista unica sul mare e sulle Isole. La nostra casetta ha una lunghissima storia, oggi è un rifugio per viaggiatori.

In the central body of our farm, the apartment "on the oil mill" is located on the first floor of the ancient building that once housed the olive oil mill. It is accessed via an ancient external staircase. From its elevated position you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the sea with the islands of Alicudi and Filicudi on the horizon. Guests can stroll through the farm grounds, visit the chicken coop, donkeys, vegetable gardens and take a relaxing swim in the pool.

House by the sea just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach it overlooks is among the most beautiful and pristine in the area, characterized by stone and gravel. The sea bed is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on storm surges). Simply put, it's a real house on the sea! The accommodation has AC and SmartTV with Netflix subscription in every room.
