Charming penthouse, like on a ship, Lido Riccio

This is a penthouse with a terrace which overlooks the sea. The palace is located on the beach and you just need to make 4 floors of elevator to stand with your feet on the sand. From the terrace you have breathtaking sunsets. You sleep lulled by the sound of the sea. The bathing establishments are super equipped with every comfort but right in front of the building there is a free beach area where you can stay if you don't want to rent. Restaurants and bars below the house.

A spacious bedroom is furnished with a black metal bed dressed in a light blue bedspread. Wooden shelves and a narrow wooden side table are provided for storage. Soft light is emitted from a wall-mounted lamp, enhancing the bright and airy ambiance of the room.

Former farmhouse boasting 7 generations. The peculiarities of the place are many: tranquility, privacy, relaxing areas where you can follow the rhythms of nature and listen to its melodies, such as those given to us by the flapping of the wings of a bird in flight and its song. Excellent natural exposure, both on the southeast side with a wonderful sea view, and on the northwest side where the horizons give us striking views of the nearby mountain peaks: Majella, Gran Sasso
