The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake and the canoes, and free private sessions at the sauna.
