The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. Stepping out of the apartment, you are right on the terrace belonging to your apartment. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m, very comfortable as a 3rd bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe bike path is only 400 m away from us. Relax in the natural pool Goltzscha. perfect. Parking space and 2 bicycles are free of charge.

Our house offers everything you need for a nice stay in Dresden. In the middle of the trendy district, an idyllic house with a rural ambiance awaits you. You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Can be used for business and private purposes! The property is located on the historic Eilenburg Castle Hill and has historic sights outside, as well as a large lawn to relax on. In Eilenburg there is an animal park near the city center, as well as a swimming lake with a water ski facility.
