The Little House

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature with views of the sea and a garden area. A mini house with all the charm of a villa. At the highest point of Sanxenxo, (Aldariz, 6) beautiful views of the valley and fields of Aldariz and in the background the Ría de Pontevedra with its sea entering the Sanxenxo Marina. Outside the house, there is a garden terrace with a stone table to eat under the vine with views of the sea and the countryside, a relaxation area to rest or sunbathe.

My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and pets. Please note that this is a studio located on the fourth floor and the elevator only goes up to the third floor. To get to the fourth floor you have to climb 14 steps. Free parking is available in the building or 200 meters away (subject to availability). It is located within the urban area of Portonovo. Within a 50m radius there is a supermarket, bakery, cafes and Caneliñas beach 140m away

The apartment is 30 m2 and in an excellent location just a few meters from SILGAR, the supermarket and other services. Everything on foot. Can you imagine oceanfront breakfast? Relax with the ocean at your feet? Going down to the beach at any time or enjoying the views from the glazed porch or garden? Few places have the amazing views and sunsets of this place, just 100m from the blue flag Pragueira/Major beach. You can even see dolphins. It has a kitchen, barbecue and glass dining outside to enjoy the year-round of this privilege. Excellent location to get to know the Rias Baixas.

Comfortable and cozy apartment with a pool

Comfortable apartment with free parking space. Furnished and fully equipped in a private development in the center of Sanxenxo. A 5-minute walk to Silgar beach and 10 minutes to the marina. It has an outdoor community pool with green areas and a children's playground. It is close to the access to the Salnés highway (AG-4.1) that connects in less than an hour with Santiago de Compostela, Vigo or Pontevedra.

Lola's Warehouse

Small seaside house on the front lines with an exclusive view of the Ria de Pontevedra. Very quiet area where we can hardly hear the boats that go out and in which the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom at the top from which you can see the sea.
