Lovely studio in wooden area

Tiny cosy studio is near to popular and trendy Telliskivi area, region is called Pelgulinn and it is unique by its wooden architecture. Tiny 20 square metres studio has everything needed inside, big comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need just for a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is not a typical place built for an Airbnb, it has been for family use and you can feel like a local there. Bus stop is just a few minutes away and Old Town is also in walking distance.

A serene bedroom features a spacious bed with a soft, light-colored blanket. A bedside table is positioned next to the bed, complete with a simple lamp. Natural light enters through a window, partially covered by elegant curtains, while a textured rug is placed on the wooden floor.

Newly decorated 2-room apartment in quiet Tabasalu close to Tallinn, big balcony, child-friendly. Free parking in front of the house, children playground next to the house. New Tabasalu Centre, swimming pool, library, food stores and nice cafes only 10 min walk away. Quiet house. Bus stop in front of Tabasalu Centre 10 min walking, where you can get buses to the centre. Rocca-al-mare 8 km, Kakumäe official beach 6 km, smaller beach 2 km, Laulasmaa spa 25 km. Very good for families. No smoking.

We welcome you with your family to our peaceful home. New and fresh apartment building in a nice area, close to the city. Playground for kids and lots of green nature around. Shopping center and beach in walkable distance. There is double beds in both bedrooms and openable couch in the living room. Ask for any equipment for kids. Crib, feeding chair, toys, potty -whatever you might need. If with children your group size is more than 5 feel free to ask if we can still accommodate you.

In front of the house is a tram station from where you can get to all of he main attractions. This 25m2 apartment is designed to accommodate comfortably 2 guests, but maximum occupancy is 4.
