Cabin on the River

This property is a beautiful farm to table ranchette offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the natural environment on the river . We have a small petting zoo with gentle rescue animals , domestic and farm animals. We are all about food ! Both hosts are artists , farmers and stewards of the land. We tend to our fruit trees and enjoy sharing the property with guests . We are close to the UFO museum in Roswell as well as Ruidoso Downs racetrack . Well behaved pets on leash are welcome .

We spray on a weekly basis for ants, spiders, and bugs. THERE IS NO WIFI IN THE CASITA All the museums and historical buildings in Lincoln are open so its a great time to come stay with us in the magical valley of Lincoln, where you can experience the old West, enjoy watching the wildlife, and hike the mountain trails. Temperatures are warming up during the day, early mornings and late afternoon's when the sun goes behind the mountain are still pretty cool. THERE IS NO WIFI

THE PINES: hot tub, central A/C, near downtown

central A/C and heating! its clean, cozy, and family friendly. What more could you want? Well maybe a hot tub and fire place, (we have those) A tv in every room? we think you should have that too! Close to town? less than a mile away on a paved road no less. Swing on the porch, breathe in the mountain air and you will feel like new. For the mamas we've got you covered, pack n play, high chair, toys and games for the kids and plenty for the grown "kids" to do!
