This is a detached mini house on 24 sqm with a loft in a quiet dead-end street close to nature, with free parking right outside. It is close to the bus, approx 3 min, which takes you to central Gothenburg in about 15 minutes. You need to change bus/trams at Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen to get to different parts of Gothenburg. It is close to Sankt Jörgen Park golf course, Sankt Jörgen spa, Albatross golf course and the Gothia Park Academy where many games in Gothia Cup are played.
