Your vacation home is located in the middle of the Oetz. The town center is within walking distance. On the first floor, there is a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace. There is also an additional separate bathroom on the first floor. On the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a spacious bathroom. From the covered balcony you have beautiful views of the mountains. On the 2nd floor is another bedroom with a double bed. A new cozy terrace has been available to you since fall 2020.

Die dazugehörigen Holzferienhäuser wurden nach moderner, baubiologischer Art erstellt und strahlen eine große Gemütlichkeit aus. Die absolute Entspannung bietetet unser Wellnessdörfle. Großer sonniger Wintergarten mit Kamin, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, vollausgestattete Küche mit Tisch, Gästeklo u. Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Im 2.
