2.5 story beach house. Best view in Playas. Boutique vibe, museum-like decorations. Very safe. Amazing views of the beach, surf and islands; watch dolphins and surfers play in the mornings and at sunset. Meal/laundry service available upon request. Large backyard with grill, outdoor lounge and dining: all ocean front. Tons of amenities and special touches. Owner is an art history professor in San Diego. House is 5min from boardwalk, 15 to the border, 20 to Rosarito. Short and long stays welcome.

cozy studio in Playas de Tijuana

natural semi rustic colors, living room space with a sublevel (3 steps up) to the bedroom area divided by a closet space and fish tank. The studio has a kitchen and private bathroom (shower). You are greeted by host when arrival and normally i leave toiletries if needed. For you to be at ease and enjoy your stay I will be in main house across the patio and for extra I can offer a guided tour in the city, wine country or if you just want to take a time to relax I can offer a mini spa treatment.

Casa Romantic beautiful , amazing

bedroom with two queen size beds , master queen bed, FULL click clack in foyer,3 recliners room living and 5 air beds and linens. Guess must bring their own beach towels NO Sand or shoes in the house please. Important On all national holidays. There is 3 night minimum monthly rentals or more there is a $300 utility Deposit . as electricity bills are VERY HIGH in mex. Villa Serena is a gated community with great places to eat nearby & shops in close proximity. Centrally located five minutes from downtown and approx 20 minutes from Puerto Nuevo, Villa Serena is a great place to stay for weekend getaways or longer stays. The nightlife is minutes away which makes it convienent and inexpensive to take a quick taxi/uber right to the strip. There's plenty of parking and 24 hour security at the gate. The guard will also call taxi for you.
