The shared use of a pool (with the other 8 houses (mostly Easter - Oct), as well as a parking space are available.

Die Seeterrasse mit kleinem Studio, Dusche und WC, lädt dazu ein, den ganzen Tag am See zu verbringen. Aber auch kühlere Tage kannst du im geräumigen Haus geniessen. Neu: stärkeres WLAN in der ganzen Unterkunft. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Bett- und Frottierwäsche sowie Kurtaxe sind im Preis inbegriffen.

The showpiece is the original Ticino fireplace with its own pizza oven in the living area. The vacation home consists of a first floor, two floors and a terrace (solaio). A small garden with a children's playhouse, palm trees and a cozy seating area complete the offer. Lake Lugano can be reached in just 5 minutes (walking distance).
