It is a rustic chalet with charm, which in 1850 was a stable, later restored. Surrounded by the nature of the mountains in Gerra Verzasca (850m), it is an oasis of peace. Divided into two floors: on the ground floor is the spacious bedroom with bathroom and on the first floor an open space consisting of a kitchen with a bar counter, a living room with a sofa bed and a dining table. From the upper floor you can access the terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the woods and the surrounding mountains.

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the core of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pineapple and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you can access the two bedrooms, a double for a thousand and one night and a transformable single bed to a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub. Outside there are many spaces to read or eat, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs, and a garden with armchairs.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Runloda farmhouse (1500 masl), located in a beautiful area of larches, is 4 km from Campo Blenio, reachable by car. The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2021. There is an attic (with 3 beds), a living floor with kitchen, dishwasher and a bunk bed, on the lower floor shower, toilet, washer and dryer. In one farmhouse is the dormitory (consisting of 1 bunk bed for 8 people and a bed for 2 people) and the bathroom with shower, In the second farmhouse, there is a dining room with a gas stove, a wood stove, a fireplace and a refrigerator.
