Nice and cozy B&B

Located just one hour from Milan and 10 minutes far from the Como lake, at the foot of the beautiful Valgerola (one of the few still pristine valleys of Valtellina), the Portobello Bed and Breakfast welcomes you to a vacation that pleases everyone. Is very easy to reach by car is 5 minutes only from the exit of the highway. The B&B offers a nice and relaxed environment, the house is on two floors and also has a big terrace, with a wonderful view of the mountains. Stunning vintage interior design

Adatto per coppie (ma con possibilità di aggiunta di lettino per bimbo) e dotato di bagno e angolo colazione. Ubicato in Faggeto Lario, piccolo borgo lacustre diviso in quattro centri storici di origine medievale (con grande torchio del 500, castello e chiese), a 10 chilometri dal centro di Como e 20 chilometri da Bellagio. Possibilità di gite in barca, passeggiate a lago e ai monti.

Wandern ist direkt von hier aus möglich und die Tessiner Städte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar.

Paradise with a view

From the house you have a fantastic view towards Locarno/Ascona over Lake Maggiore. The house, newly renovated and in a quiet location, has a large garden on several levels, a pergola and various seating areas. A wonderful pool is available for shared use with the host family. Parking is available, but also easily accessible by public transport, next bus stop 10min walk. It is an excellent starting point for wonderful hikes and excursions into the Verzasca Valley.

A historic mansion is depicted, nestled on a hillside. A stone wall surrounds the entrance, leading to green gates that provide access to the property. The structure features a blend of architectural styles with multiple windows and a tiled roof, framed by greenery and blue skies.

Family oriunda from Brolo, descended from Jacobus Traxus (late 15th century) member of the Council of Regency of Lombardy in 1814-15, then moved to Novara, then to Milan. Lorenzo Tarsis, who had enriched himself in Spain, returned to his homeland and founded a Mauritian commendation. The pergola overlooking the lake as well as a table behind the house under the fig tree is for your own use. The lake is 7 - 10 minutes walking distance. The restaurants on the lake in 15 minutes. Unfortunately no pets are permitted
