The cottage is suitable for people looking for movement, as well as for lovers of peace and quiet and private. Just behind the cottage begins the forest, the vltava river flows across the street. The boat rented Inge is just a few hundred meters away. The bike path is right in front of the house. Swimming in Lipno can be enjoyed in 30 minutes by car. You can also hike to the highest mountain in Šumava - Plechý. You can also get to the starting points within 30 minutes. In winter, there are several ski areas available. Lipno, Horní Vltavice or beautiful Mitterdorf.

The villa is a short walk from Lipno (300m to the beach), garden 3000 m2. The total usable space of the villa is 180 m2, of which 51 m2 is a living room with kitchenette, bar and dining table.
