Right outside the door, hiking paths lead through the meadows, forests, and valleys of the Franconian Switzerland. Our lovingly prepared 80 m² apartment along the Brewery Trail is a place to slow down, breathe, and feel at home after a day outdoors. Whether meeting friends or traveling for work, we look forward to hosting you.

Sleep and dream. Overnight stay with garden view. Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, the lovingly designed apartment can accommodate 2 people. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a separate bedroom. If desired, you can sleep separately / sleeping gallery (bedroom 2), which is accessible via a wooden staircase. The 42 sqm apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Vacation home in the forest

Helle und ländlich gelegene Wohnung. 3 Minuten zu Fuß in den Wald, Wanderwege vor der Haustür. Wohnung liegt direkt im Dreiländer-Eck Bayreuth, Kulmbach und Bamberg. 20 Minuten per Auto nach Bayreuth, sehr gute Autobahnanbindung. Monteure sind bei uns herzlich willkommen! Vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Boxspring-Matratzen im Kingsize Bett, Balkon mit Südausrichtung und Smart-TV, Waschmaschine im Bad vorhanden. Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug vorhanden.

The self-contained apartment offers two separate bedrooms for up to four people, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with plenty of space for relaxation, exercise or creative projects. Surrounded by nature and diverse leisure opportunities, close to Thurnau and located between Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg – perfect for a relaxing break.

The accommodation is very spacious and is in a quiet location surrounded by chickens, sheep, horses, llamas and alpacas. Ideal for hiking and cycling, separate entrance, private terrace, no stairs, parking or carport, cozy small wellness area, highway accessible in 7 km, leisure activities nearby. Fun park, swimming pool, restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away by car. A charging station for electric cars is also available.

Our smallest gem is located in the attic and can accommodate 2 people. It is beautifully decorated and has a kitchenette in the living/sleeping room, a small bathroom with shower and toilet and air conditioning. The bed consists of two single beds put together and is 160 cm wide and can accommodate 2 people.
