The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Ca. 40qm großes, sauberes und helles Apartment mit Küchenecke, Wohnbereich und abgetrennten Schlafbereich. Sehr schönes, helles Bad mit Dusche und WC und integrierter 2-Mann-Sauna (Klafs). Ideal zum Entspannen nach Spaziergängen in der kalten Jahreszeit. Das Apartment befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat einen eigenen separaten Eingang. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus. The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.

Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place.
