Kleines charmantes Haus 15min bis Erfurt.

Das kleine Haus befindet sich an der Kreisstraße zwischen Neudietendorf und Erfurt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist neu und wurde mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Die Möbel sind aus Bauholz und strahlen einen besonderen Charme aus. Schlafzimmer & Bad zeigen nach Süden, Wohnzimmer mit franz. Balkon nach Norden. Das gesamte Haus wird mit einem Pelletofen in der Küche beheizt (Gastgeber übernimmt tägliche Wartung in Absprache). Die Anreise (z.B. für Geschäftsreisende) ist in Absprache zu jeder Tageszeit möglich.

Das Ferienhäuschen hat 50qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Garten. Es liegt an der Lagune des Hainer Sees 20km südl. von Leipzig und hebt sich durch den älteren Hüttencharme von den restlichen neuen "Ferienwürfeln" ab. Statt üblichen Furniermöbeln von der Stange gibt es eine individuelle Einrichtung, schönen Blick auf den Bootssteg, Kaminofen, viele Sachen für Kinder und Obstgewächse zum Ernten. Es gibt alles, was man als kleine Familie für ein paar entspannte Tage abseits der Alltagshektik so braucht.

Gästewohnung im Grünen am Stadtrand von Weimar

Die helle und gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Garten im Ortsteil Taubach, idyllisch an der Ilm gelegen, 5 km vom Stadtzentrum in Weimar entfernt. Über einen separaten Eingang erreicht man die Wohn-Küche, einen großen Wohn-/ Schlafraum sowie das Bad. Eine Schiebetür kann zur Wohnküche geschlossen werden. Der Garten kann vollständig genutzt werden, verschiedene Sitzplätze laden zum Entspannen ein. Nach Weimar gibt es zwei schöne Radwege sowie eine stündliche Busanbindung.

Bauwagen in Leina

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um einen Bauwagen von ca. 210 cm mal 360 cm Grösse. Er steht im Garten hinter meinem Wohnhaus und hat einen wunderbaren Blick zum Thüringer Wald. Wasser und Strom sind vorhanden aber nur für einfache Verwendung.( Solardusche ) Keine Küche bzw. Kochgelegenheit.... Im Wagen gibt es ein Bett von 140cm mal 200 cm welches man in der Nacht herunter klappen kann. Ansonsten zwei Sitzbänke mit Tisch und Regal. Im Garten befidet sich eine Trockentoilette.

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) Die ganze Wohnung ist völlig ausgestattet, es gibt ein Aldi supermarkt an der anderen Seite der Straße und die Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu fuß zu erreichen. Die Eingang zum park der Stadt ist 20 meter entfernt. Es gibt ein Biergarten mit wundervollem Essen in der mitte des Parks und ein berühmter Michelin (1) Restaurant sehr in der nähe.

Etwas ganz besonderes Erleben. Natur, Entspannung, Nachhaltigkeit und Spaß. Schlafen in einer Jurte. Unsere Jurte ist 28 qm groß und befindet sich auf einer Insel mitten in Thüringen. In einem parkähnlichem Garten mit rauschen der Unstrut. Ca. 10 Meter von der Jurte entfernt, befindet sich der Wirtschaftsteil. Modernes Bad (WC, Dusche und Waschbecken), modere Küche mit Esstisch. Es fehlt an nichts.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Entfernung zur Stadtmitte, aber auch zu einem großen Park. Die Stadt Apolda liegt nur wenige Kilometer entfernt von Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza oder Naumburg. Wir Gastgeber wohnen in einem Haus auf dem gleichen Grundstück und stehen euch gern mit „Rat und Tat“ zur Seite.
