Large, modern, sun-filled beach house, with all the amenities you need for a family escape. Steps away from a private and pristine beach. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can easily accommodate 8-10. Towels and linens provided, along with beach accessories, ping-pong table, board games, outdoor fire pit, central AC, and outdoor shower. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to Wellfleet, National Seashore, Rail Trail, Drive-in Theatre, Provincetown, and countless beaches.

An open living space showcases a comfortable blue sofa and a large wooden dining table. Natural light floods the area through sliding doors, leading to an outdoor patio. Neutral tones and wooden accents create a cohesive and inviting environment for relaxation and gatherings.

Large, Cozy, Walk to beach, Central AC, Game room

This classic, large Cape Cod house is just perfect for friends or a family reunion. The beautiful Thumpertown Beach is 0.3 miles or a 5-10 min slow stroll down the street. The house is large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and has a convenient layout that also provides plenty of privacy. There is central A/C that covers the entire house, all rooms have hardwood floors, newer beds, comfortable mattresses and quality pillows. New 18x24 deck has Polywood furniture and Weber gas grill.
