The Cottage sleeps 5! It used to be a calving shed!Converted in the early 2000s the character and charm is plentiful .The ground floor is an open aspect where there is kitchen,dining and living area. It has double chapel doors following the main front door from the porch.The bedrooms are on different floors,one up 6 steps and the other down 5. It is solid wood floor right through with Sheepskin Rugs scattered around.The bathroom has shower,sink and toilet. Rustic modern space.Wifi £5/day if used

The pathway leading up to Whinlatter is a stone’s throw away ideal for lovely walks and countless cycle routes, and for the less adventurous there plenty of pubs, cafés and restaurants close by. No Pets. The Thornthwaite bus stop is 300 metres from the Haven with buses going to and from Keswick and surrounding areas every 30 minutes.
