Omakase

Why locals recommend it

We specialize in sushi, and each omakase meal also comes with a few courses of kaiseki. The restaurant is very beautiful, and I like that the servers wear kimonos—it brings me back to being in Japan. I love our plateware because it’s all been handmade just for the restaurant. There’s a different handmade sake cup for each and every sake course. All the fish comes from Tsukiji market in Japan, and on occasion we get this beautiful fish called hakkaku that we serve as sashimi. It’s best in winter, but it comes in sporadically. It’s very firm, juicy, sweet, and is served with house-made ikura, which brings out some of the beautiful, chilled-water flavors of Japan.

Maybe here is the best sushi restaurant in the bay aera. The price of there is a little high for launch 150$/person, for dinner over 200$/person, but at there you will get the overall a wonderful omakase experience!

This nearby sushi spot is trendy and expensive, but we hear it's an amazing experience.
