This is "real Chicago" at its most real. It's one of two Polish bars that have been on Central Park for a century. The other one, Podhale, just got bought by a fancy local bar operator (which we're happy about), but it won't have a LIVE POLKA BAND like Podlasie. On Saturday night. Also, Polish vodka.
