Explore the West Wilds, lots and of steps! Look out for the sculptures in the trees and gardens. Beautiful cycads, leopard tree’s and much more. No tea garden so take your own water. Picnic’s are allowed

The wilds is a very old nature reserve very close by, it is well kept with great indigenous trees and wonderful views of Parktown and some historical areas of the city. Prefer time to visit is morning.

A revived historic city park with an arty edge. Definitely worth an afternoon out.

We are right next to it and it is just a 5' walk; on weekends there are movement classes, coffee, and you can take a picnic there or just walk to the top and take some great photos of the "biggest man-made forest in the world".
