This is one of the big yoga chains, and it’s a really good place for beginners. But really, it’s welcoming to anyone who wants to work on alignment or any sort of grounding postures. I did my training at their location in New York, and Jenny Arthur was one of my instructors. She came in from LA to give guest lectures and she’s really knowledgeable about alignment and just really good at getting back to basics. Look out for her classes on the schedule.
