Located in the third arrondissement, Bisou. offers spectacular cocktails. Go when you're feeling experimental: at this bar they'll ask you what types of drinks you like, and then they'll surprise you with something custom made. We've never been disappointed here before. And, they're open nightly.

Very cutesy bar with very tasty (but expensive) and beautiful cocktails. If you're unsure of what to get, let the bartender know what flavour profile you're in the mood for and he'll mix something just for you :)

If you want to know me better, going to that place is like visiting my second home. In the heart of the city, close to République, that little bar will blow your mind. Their products are fresh, homemade, and French. Let them tell you where their ingredients come from; it's always outstanding to see how passionate they are! Sparkles in cocktails? Yes, please! Ask for a cocktail with "the" ice cube in it; you won't be disappointed ;)
