Can be busy on Saturdays. Call in advance to get on the wait list. You can check out the Homestead Heritage Craft Village while you wait for your table.

Simply amazing food. Mostly organic and local made in a very clean kitchen in a beautiful rustic setting.

Cafe Homestead is right around the corner, within walking distance of the tiny house. It's rated on TripAdvisor and Yelp as the #1 restaurant in Waco. All natural, grass-fed beef, fresh baked breads and more make this a phenomenol lunch place! Open 10-6 Monday through Friday and 7 to 6 with breakfast on Saturday.

Fresh and cooked to perfection. Ask to go to their “Overlook”, it’s beautiful! This place is busy during the weekend. Put your name and ph number on the waiting list they will text you when your table is ready. While waiting, walk around to the Homestead Heritage and Craft Village. These are wonderful places to visit while in Waco.

Farm-to-market food in a traditional craft village. Beautiful country setting. The menu includes grass-fed beef and fresh buns, bread, and rolls baked daily from whole grain flour by Artisan Oven. Order a scoop of their delicious all-natural ice cream.
