Great local place for Asian Fusion and Sushi Their menu changes often, so it's great to go there and try something new.

It is not conspicuous that they would have great sushi, but they do! It is the only sushi that we will eat in Incline Village. Ashley is an amazing ambassador for a dining experience.

Best Fusion Food ever! Tip: Thursday nite is half off their fusion food if you sit at the bar. They serve 6 Star cuisine that you want to take of photo of before eating - and it tastes even better than it looks. Small place - so there could be a wait on weekends. High quality food

Frederick's is a cozy restaurant...be sure to reserve the table in front of the fireplace. The fare is Asian American fusion and the menu is very creative. Enjoy the Thai seafood soup.
