If you would like to buy some great fresh fish seafood, bottarga and smoked products and cook it home, you could drive to Olbia and visit "Calvisi Pescheria", they are the best ever!

Best fresh fish, seafood, also smoked and frozen fish products availability. Asked them to clean it for you :) and tehy will do it in a sec.
