One of the best New Mexican restaurants in Denver.

This is a lovely restaurant with good food and great service. An Aurora landmark since 1974, it is run by the Nuñez family, originally from Guanajuato, Mx. The restaurant is not open on Sundays.

La Cueva is one, if not our favorite Mexican restaurant in Denver. It is unbelievably delicious!
