Beacon Rock is a pillar of the gorge with beautiful panaromic views the entire way up and down. The hike is steep in some locations and I don't recommend it for those who are super scared of heights since the path is along a cliff edge. If you aren't afraid of heights, this is an easy and relatively short up and down hike.

A dizzying mile-long switchback trail takes you up 848-foot Beacon Rock, but that’s not the only way to a tip-top experience. Rock climbing and hiking to waterfalls are the rage at this park, where there are plenty of vantage points for eagle-eye views.

A one-of-a-kind "light" hiking experience in the Gorge that will sure be the story of your Instagram. Simple and replete with gorgeous views.
