Carnegie-funded public library. A landmark of the Columbia City neighborhood.

The libraries are currently closed but this building is charming and well worth the challenge of getting a parking spot. Also provides wifi, small reading/meeting rooms that can be booked in advance.

It's a good place to chill out on a rainy day, and a beautiful historic landmark building too.
