Located in the Loggia del Mercato Nuovo (of G.B. Tasso, today a vibrant market ), we find the fountain of the piglet a bronze copy of the original Hellenistic marble now housed in the Uffizi.

Il Porcellino is the bronze fountain of a boar, visitors put a coin into the boar's gaping jaws, with the intent to let it fall through the underlying grating for good luck

This is a square where you can find the Pietro Tacca's copy of a very famouse statue here in Florence The little pig. Somebady says that touch his nose give you lucky.....
