($$$$) ST HELENA: Set on the historic campus of The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Greystone, Gatehouse Restaurant showcases the extraordinary talents of our CIA student-chefs after two years of rigorous study. Utilizing local produce sourced from the college’s own gardens, and other high-quality ingredients, they create a unique dining experience that is unmatched in the Napa Valley. Open Tuesday–Saturday for lunch and dinner in the dining room, or outdoor seating area. Their menu is prepared by CIA students under the supervision of their world-class faculty.
