Home to the original Bristol Bar & Grille, the Highlands location is in the heart of Bardstown Road’s food and entertainment district. Part of the Urban Bourbon Trail, the bar offers a rotating selection of seasonal craft cocktails. Our seasoned bartenders take extra care to create drinks that pair with menu classics and daily specials. Certified Bourbon Stewards are on staff to guide diners on selection of Kentucky’s native spirit. Private dining space on the second floor can host parties of 100. Patio dining is also available. Local beekeepers maintain an urban hive on the roof providing the restaurant’s signature honey. A secluded patio offers guest escape from the bustle of Bardstown Road.
