Tips from locals
Historic restaurant and pub - the locals love it! The pub is in the basement with windows overlooking the street side / marina.
This is must visit. You feel like you are taken to another time period. We love a dark and stormy or a good ale in the bar downstairs or a cozy candlelit dinner upstairs by the fireplace.
If you want a little history with your meal, then the DPI (as the locals call it) is the place for you! The building was built by Captain Daniel Packer in 1756(!) with the home remaining in the family (Packer/Keelers) until it was purchased in 1980 by the Kiley's who restored the Inne and and the family still runs it today. The DPI is open to serve you both lunch and dinner, with a variety of options sure to tempt your palate.
