A multi-language bus tour that will take you around some of Edinburgh's many sightseeing locations. Open top buses, and easy to hop on and off. Tickets normally give a discount at specific attractions. More information on www.ewht.org.uk

All the National and City run museums (which are free to get into) are located in this area - which comprises the old medieval town and the 'new' town to the south (which developed in the late 1700s) after the union with England.
