Sassafras is located right on Clear Creek and offers a nice patio for your breakfast/brunch. Their benedicts are to die for as are their beignets. Get their early on a weekend as there is usually a wait. If that happens take a stroll along the creek while you wait to see kayakers and tubers enjoying the cool waters.

Breakfast and brunch only, ask for a table on the terrace for a view of the creek. Prepare for a wait at the weekend, but they’ll page you so you can wander around Washington Avenue while yo wait.
