If you want a Sunday yum cha and don't want to walk into Chinatown, the Rize is good vale. A few minutes walk away in Brunswick St.

Reliable lunch specials. Unreliable yum cha - sometimes brilliant, sometimes bad. Their service is reliably bad. I still go there sometimes for the lunch special chinese roast duck or bbq pork
