QUARTER DINNER - Chef Alfred Singleton, who worked his way up from busboy to chef until Katrina devastated the restaurant, is now back in the kitchen. This is a great one for your first evening in town. Fantastic Creole food in the French Quarter. They’re open Thursday - Sat, 5:30-10, and then for brunch on Sunday.
