Gorgeous independent cinema with a lush interior with only one screen. You can even book a double sofa seat or more standard cinema seats. There is a bar that serves beer, cocktails and posh snacks. Very nice movie going experience. They often show old movies one night a week too. Worth the little bit extra £ for your cinema ticket.

Screen on the Green is a single-screen theatre overlooking Islington Green which offers a distinctive movie going experience and is more than a century old. Its neon-lit exterior and retro marquee make it hard to miss, and inside there’s a licensed bar for a pre-movie tipple.
